Urban Life Attorney Office has a　head office in Konandi, Yokohama, Japan and a liaison office near the Yokohama Passport Center in Kanai.
I worked for Tokyo Metropolitan Government(TMG), Nerima City Hall and Ministry of Environment for 35 years in positions of an engineer, supervisor, manager and director, responsible for every aspect of administration including:
Business approval, permission and inspection of industries and stores; accounting, bidding and contract management, subsidy granting, handling of complaints or consultation, human resources management, personnel training, negotiation with labor union, etc. I also have been assisting in improvement of the environment and water supply in developing counties through governmental or JICA’s projects in Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, etc.
I will serve as a reliable attorney not only for Japanese but also for foreigners, utilizing a variety of experiences in the administrative services and overseas businesses, and language skill (with a TOEIC score of 950/990 and career of a translation checker supervisor)

1971.6	Graduated from Department of Industrial Chemistry, Faculty of Engineering, Tokyo University and stared career as an engineer in Central Research Institute, Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.
1974.4	Started career in Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG)
late 1970’s	Planning water quality management in Bureau of Waterworks
early 1980’s	Controlling industrial effluents in TMG; and reviewing environmental impact assessment statements in the Ministry of Environment
late 1980’s	Manager in Nerima City to permit operation of factories
early 1990’s	Manager to control air pollution; and then senior manager to supervise documentation, budgets, accounting, contracting
late 1990’s	Director to supply water in the south-western part of Tokyo and then to supervise environmental protection technology
early 2000’s	Director to control chemical and soil pollution, etc. (won a law suit in the Supreme Court and investigated the site of New Toyosu Wholesale Market) and then professor at the TMG’s Personnel Training Institute
2005	Retired from TMG and started career as the principal of an industrial translation school
late 2000’s	Senior manager in Tokyo Suido Servives Co., Ltd. responsible for improving water supply in Asian and African developing countries
early 2010’s	Started Urban Resilience Corporation for environmental and water supply consultation
late 2010’s	Won contracts from JICA etc. to make surveys in Indonesia, Sri Lanka, etc. and started URBAN LIFE ATTORNEY OFFICE ●Certification etc. Registered attorney, TOEIC score of 950/990, member of IWA（International Water Association）, special member of Japan Water Works Association, members of Japan Society on/for Water and Atmospheric Environment
